A Business That Started With a Family Question
Dawnwell emerged from a personal experience familiar to many Taiwanese families: the quiet, difficult moment of realising that an older parent or grandparent needs a different kind of support — but that moving them out of their home would take away something essential.
Founded in Tainan in 2018, we began by working closely with a small number of families to understand what in-home elder care genuinely requires. The answer was not simply physical assistance — it was continuity, dignity, and human connection. From that foundation, we built a small team of carefully selected, well-trained aides and developed our three core service programmes.
Today, Dawnwell serves families across Tainan City. We remain a focused, attentive organisation — one that values depth of relationship over breadth of volume. Every arrangement we take on receives our full consideration.

With a background in gerontological social work and nearly fifteen years advising families on elder care decisions in southern Taiwan, Li-Hua established Dawnwell to address a gap she saw first-hand.

Head of Care Operations
Jing-Wei oversees all care arrangements and aide matching. Her background in occupational therapy informs her structured, needs-centred approach to building each client's care plan.
